Before the Appointment

Can I Cancel/Change a Booking?

There is 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.

Appointments not attended or cancelled with less than the required notice (48 hrs) will result in the loss of any deposit paid as cancellation fee (£50 for initial treatments, £30 for touch ups and£50 colour boosts) and new deposit will need to be paid before another appointment may be made.

Is a Patch Test Required?

The web booking system allows convenient online scheduling. However, for permanent make up the patch test is required, therefore if you book your appointment online please ensure to book a consultation/patch test in Putney Studio at least 48 hours before the treatment appointment or allow few days for Consultation Form /  Patch Test to be send to You via post and have it done in time before initial treatment.

It is your responsibility to check this information provided, if you turn up to
your appointment and you’re not eligible, your deposit will be forfeited.

Already have similar treatment?

If you already had similar treatment done please make sure you send me a photo to verify if I can go over it!!! I do not simply retouch other artists work for a retouch price as it often involves more work for me. I am very particular about my shape and therefore I will assess if the work you have had previously can be gone over.

Unfortunately, there are some cases where previous work is either too dark, the shape is too different to what I would recommend, or it is too uneven and cannot be altered. In such cases it may be advised to have it removed first. 

So please send a photo to verify.

Abusive Behaviour

Any violence, aggression or verbal abuse towards me will not be tolerated. Violence is not restricted to acts that may result in physical harm. It also includes behavior, or language (whether spoken, written or via social media). This may include threats, personal abuse, derogatory remarks or swearing.

In case of any abusive behavior, the treatment can refused and deposit might be lost.

Should I Pay The Deposit?

Deposit is required within 24 hrs from booking. If deposit will be not received during this time your appointment will be removed automatically without warning.
You will be required to pay a £50 for initial treatments, £30 for touch ups and £50 colour boosts per treatment booked to confirm your appointment. Your deposit will be deducted from treatment price and you will pay the remainder of the balance at the time of the appointment. The deposit is non-refundable for cancellation or change of mind.
