Please note that some independent therapists within the clinic manage their own booking systems separately. If you cannot find the treatment, therapist, or availability you are looking for in the booking system below, please feel free to contact us via Instagram or email and we will direct you to the appropriate therapist where possible.

New clients may be asked to provide photos prior to booking confirmation.

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit in order to secure the booking.

Deposit amounts vary depending on the treatment and provider. The required deposit will be displayed automatically during the booking process.

Bookings without a completed deposit payment within 10 minutes will be cancelled automatically by the system and the appointment slot released.

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

With at least 48 hours’ notice, deposits can be held as credit within our system and transferred towards a future booking within 6 months from the date of the original appointment.

In the event of late cancellation (less than 48 hours’ notice), failure to attend an appointment, or same-day rescheduling, the deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee, and a new deposit will be required to secure any future booking.

Certain treatments may require a patch test or consultation prior to the appointment.

Patch tests must be completed a minimum of 48 hours before treatment; however, we strongly recommend arranging this well in advance where possible.

As our clinic operates with independent practitioners and varying schedules, patch tests are available only when the relevant therapist is present at the clinic.

Please ensure sufficient time is allowed when booking treatments that may require prior consultation, medical clearance, or patch testing.

Please ensure you review all relevant treatment information, contraindications, and eligibility requirements prior to booking your appointment.

Certain treatments may not be suitable for everyone due to medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, recent procedures, or previous treatments.

If a client attends an appointment and is found unsuitable for treatment due to undisclosed contraindications or ineligibility, the deposit may be forfeited.

Before attending your appointment, please ensure you inform us of any recent or previous treatments related to the area being treated.

Certain treatments may not be suitable immediately after previous work performed elsewhere, including permanent makeup, lash treatments, laser procedures, nail systems, chemical treatments, or recent aesthetic procedures.

In some cases, additional time, removal, healing time, correction work, or an alternative appointment may be required before treatment can proceed safely and effectively.

Please allow enough time before your appointment, for example for parking, using the bathroom, refreshments, or settling in before your treatment begins.We recommend arriving approximately 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time where possible.

Certain treatments such as PMU, laser or aesthetic procedures may require up to 15–20 minutes preparation time before the treatment begins (including consultation forms and numbing cream application). This preparation time must be completed before your actual booked appointment time.

Late arrival may result in shortened treatment time or cancellation of the appointment where sufficient treatment time is no longer available.

As multiple independent therapists work from the clinic, we may not always be able to extend appointments due to other scheduled bookings.

If you are running late, please contact your therapist directly where possible, or alternatively contact us via email or Instagram.

We are committed to maintaining a respectful, safe and professional environment for both clients and therapists.

Aggressive, abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour — including via phone, email or social media — will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment or cancel appointments where necessary. Deposits may be forfeited in such cases.

CCTV recording is in operation throughout the clinic for the safety and security of clients, therapists and the business.

Certain treatments may require consultation forms, medical information, or photos prior to appointment confirmation.

If photos or additional information are required, we will contact you directly before your appointment and advise how these should be submitted. Depending on the treatment, this may be via our consultation forms system, Instagram, or email.

Certain consultation forms may be required either prior to the appointment or completed on the day of the treatment. If forms are required before your appointment, they will be sent to you via text message or email together with further instructions.

Please do not worry about sending photos or forms in advance unless specifically requested by us, as we will guide you through the process where required.

All bookings remain subject to suitability assessment and may require additional consultation before final confirmation.

Please arrive no earlier than 5–10 minutes before your appointment where possible.

If your appointment requires consultation forms, numbing cream, or additional preparation time, please arrive approximately 15–20 minutes before your scheduled treatment time unless advised otherwise by your therapist.

As multiple independent therapists work from the clinic, there is no permanent reception desk and your therapist may still be finishing with a previous client upon your arrival.

For comfort, safety, insurance, hygiene, and consideration of other clients, we kindly ask clients to attend appointments alone where possible. Additional guests, children, or babies are not permitted unless agreed in advance with your therapist.

Please be considerate that multiple treatments are carried out within the clinic simultaneously, including relaxing treatments such as facials, massage, and aesthetic procedures. To maintain a calm and comfortable environment for all clients, we kindly ask that phones are kept on low volume within the clinic premises.

Light refreshments and drinks are permitted; however, we kindly ask clients not to bring hot meals, fast food, or strong-smelling food into the clinic.

Pets are not permitted within the clinic premises. Clients attending appointments with pets may be asked to reschedule or the appointment may be cancelled.

Please ensure coats, bags, and personal belongings are kept with you at all times and avoid blocking working areas or reception space.

If you are booking on behalf of another person, please ensure all contact details, medical information, consultation forms, and booking information are completed using the details of the person actually attending the appointment.

Certain treatments may require direct communication with the client before confirmation, including consultation forms, photos, patch testing, medical information, or suitability assessment.

Please ensure the client attending the appointment has read all booking information, policies, pre-treatment instructions, and cancellation terms prior to treatment.

For clients under 18 years old, please contact us directly before booking, as certain treatments may not be available or may require parental consent and attendance.
