Your information is used only for purposes related to:
• managing appointments and enquiries
• providing safe and suitable treatments
• maintaining treatment records and consultation forms
• communicating regarding appointments, aftercare or clinic updates
• complying with legal and insurance requirements

All personal information is stored securely and accessed only when necessary. We do not sell or unnecessarily share your personal data with third parties.

Booking & Deposits

Most appointments require an upfront booking fee/deposit to secure the appointment slot.

Deposits and upfront payments are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of late cancellation, missed appointment, change of mind or failure to attend.

Some treatments may require additional consultation forms, photographs or patch testing before the appointment can be confirmed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than the required notice will result in the loss of the booking fee/deposit, which will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Repeated last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Clients arriving late may receive a shortened treatment time or may need to reschedule the appointment depending on the therapist’s availability.

Appointments delayed by more than 15–20 minutes may be cancelled and the booking fee/deposit may be lost.

Consultation Forms & Medical Information

Clients are responsible for completing consultation forms honestly and disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, medications or contraindications before the appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment where it is considered unsuitable or unsafe.

Patch Testing

Some treatments may require a patch test before the appointment.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure patch testing is completed within the required timeframe where applicable.

Before & Aftercare

Beforecare, aftercare instructions and treatment-specific policies may vary depending on the treatment booked and the therapist performing the service.

Please refer to the relevant treatment/service page on our website for detailed beforecare, aftercare, contraindications and eligibility information.

If you are unsure about treatment suitability or preparation requirements, please contact us directly before booking your appointment.

Clinic Environment

To help us maintain a calm, clean and professional clinic environment, we kindly ask clients to attend appointments alone where possible.

Please respect other clients, therapists and the clinic environment during your visit.

Food with strong smells, excessive noise and disruptive behaviour are not permitted within the clinic premises.

Pets are not permitted within the clinic unless previously agreed.

Independent Therapists

Gosh Gosh Clinic collaborates with a number of independent self-employed therapists operating within the clinic premises.

Each therapist is individually responsible for their own:

  • insurance,
  • qualifications,
  • licensing,
  • consultations,
  • treatments,
  • complaint handling,
  • and professional liability relating to their own services.

Gosh Gosh PMU & Training Academy LTD is not responsible for treatments, outcomes, consultations, advice or legal claims relating to services independently provided by other therapists operating within the clinic.

Additional therapist-specific policies may apply depending on the treatment booked.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment or terminate appointments in cases involving:

  • abusive behaviour,
  • inappropriate conduct,
  • undisclosed contraindications,
  • safety concerns,
  • or failure to comply with clinic policies.
