Brow Treatments

Eyebrow Tint (RefectoCil) enhances the natural brow hairs with soft colour, while Hybrid Brows (Helyx) colour both the brow hairs and the skin for a fuller, more defined look that lasts longer.

Brow Lamination (Elleebana Elleeplex ProFusion System) reshapes and sets the brow hairs into the desired position, creating a lifted, fuller appearance. It can be combined with either eyebrow tint or hybrid stain to create your ideal finish. (Complimentary ReGen conditioning treatment included).

All brow treatments can be combined with an Eyebrow Shape (using wax, tweezers or threading, if available).

FAQ

Treatments involving tinting, lifting, or lamination products require a patch test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

You will be required to sign a patch test consent form confirming that the patch test was carried out prior to treatment.

If you previously experienced allergies, sensitivities, reactions to cosmetic products, recently changed medication, or are unsure about suitability, please contact us before booking.

A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure all appointments. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Deposits are transferable with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or changes made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in loss of deposit.

The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment upon completion of the treatment.

We accept cash, card, and bank transfer payments.

Ideally, please attend your appointment without makeup around the treatment area.

If you arrive wearing makeup, you may be asked to remove it prior to the treatment. Please also avoid waterproof mascara, heavy eye makeup, and oil-based products before your appointment where possible.

Please make sure you arrive on time for your appointment. Some treatments are shorter appointments, therefore significant lateness may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation of the appointment.

Please let us know if you recently had lash lift, brow lamination, tinting, permanent makeup, or corrective work done elsewhere.

Previously treated lashes, brows, or skin may require additional healing time before another treatment can be safely carried out. In some cases, recent treatments may affect suitability, healing, or final results.

Due to limited waiting space and the nature of treatments carried out within the clinic, we kindly ask clients to attend appointments alone where possible.

Only the therapist and the client are permitted within the treatment room during the procedure.

Friends, family members, children, or additional guests may wait in the reception area only if seating is available. Please note that waiting space is limited due to multiple therapists working simultaneously within the clinic.

Pets are not permitted within the clinic premises.

To help maintain a calm and comfortable environment for all clients, we kindly ask that phones are kept on low volume within the clinic premises.

We always aim to achieve the best possible results and treatment longevity for every client. However, results may vary depending on individual factors such as hair condition, skin type, hormones, lifestyle, previous treatments, and aftercare.

As every client responds differently to treatment, longevity and final results cannot be fully guaranteed.
