Appointments can be booked directly with the individual nail technician, as all nail treatments are provided by independent specialists working within the clinic.
We regularly tag our nail technicians on our Instagram posts and stories, where you can find direct links to their booking systems and social media pages. You are also welcome to contact the clinic and we will be happy to send you the relevant links and details.
If you are unsure which treatment, finish or nail technician would be most suitable for you, please feel free to contact the clinic and we will be happy to help guide you.
Please note that some treatments and add-ons require additional appointment time. As the clinic can be extremely busy, booking an incorrect treatment or insufficient appointment time may mean your nail technician is unable to proceed with the treatment or complete everything requested during the appointment. Deposits may also be forfeited in line with the individual nail technician’s booking policies.
Yes — if you require French finish, nail art, removals, repairs or any additional add-ons, these must be booked separately alongside your main treatment, as they require additional appointment time.
Payments, deposits, cancellations and rescheduling policies may vary between individual nail technicians. Please contact your chosen nail technician directly for full booking terms and cancellation details.
Please contact your nail technician directly if you are running late. Depending on the remaining appointment time, your treatment may need to be shortened, adjusted or rescheduled.
No — we do not offer Acrylic or SNS services or removals at the clinic.
We aim to maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the clinic. Individual nail technicians are responsible for the cleaning, disinfection and sterilisation procedures relating to their own tools, equipment and workstations in line with their individual training and qualifications.
All nail files, buffers and disposable items are single-use only and are disposed of after each client.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not be able to perform treatments on damaged, injured or infected nails and surrounding skin. If you are unsure, we recommend contacting your nail technician before booking or attending your appointment.
To help us maintain a calm, clean and relaxing clinic environment for all clients and therapists, we kindly ask clients to attend appointments alone where possible.
Please note that waiting space within the clinic is limited and pets are not permitted within the clinic.
